The Four Queens
Go first class on our newest 50ft luxury houseboat.

These boats are stable and are virtually unsinkable. They have two motors and are fully equipped with all approved safety equipment including two way radios for your convenience. Our service boat is just minutes away at any time in case of trouble.

Boats are equipped like a motor home. Each boat includes a stereo cassette with twin speakers, gas stove with oven, refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen (dishes, pots and pans and silverware), hot and cold running water, cabin heater and bathroom with shower. Front deck has table and chairs with a gas bbq.

We furnish pillows and blankets, you will need to bring linens and cases (or sleeping bags) , we do have linen packages to rent. You will need to bring food and beverages, cooking supplies and personal items. Do not forget swim suits and life jackets for swimming. We furnish safety life preservers.

Don't' worry if you forget something, shopping and bait are close by in Babbitt or Ely. Ask about special items or needs.

Don't worry if you are inexperienced in boat operation, we will show you how, it's easy. A map of Birch Lake is provided with tie up sites, beaches, reefs and water depths marked, also a handbook detailing boat handling, motor operation and use of all the equipment in the cabin. If you would have trouble or need advice just use the radio, we will help you.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement making you responsible for loss or damage to the boat and equipment.

For a fee of $10.00 you can limit your liability to the amount of your damage deposit.Unused deposit will be returned at the end of your trip. All fees must be paid before leaving our dock. Gasoline tanks will be full at that time and you will pay for the amount used. Average consumption is 5 to 7 gal a day. And pets are welcome but you must take care of the dodo.
