The 4 Queens is our new 50ft luxury houseboat featuring three queen bed staterooms and one queen bed couch in a wide body cabin.

- Helm with hydraulic steering and marine radio
- Full kitchen with island counter, double refridgerator, stove and microwave
- Large bathroom with modern fixtures and large corner shower
- Simmons mattresses in all staterooms
- Covered front deck
- Two foot wide side deck
- Generator to power the lights and electric system
All Kinsey Houseboats Include:
- Two way radios
- Lake service
- Minimum 25 gallons of fresh water
- Minimum 30 gallons of gasoline
- Deck chairs and gas grill
- Waterslides
- Propane for the stove, fridge, water heater and cabin heater
- Stereo with CD player
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishes, pots and pans and silverware)
- Pillows, pillow cases and blankets (linen rental available for towels and sheets)
